It includes the Introduction to Food and Beverage Service that may cover some topic to enlighten you in all the duties and responsibilities of food and beverage service staff, to know every F&B department and its role in the tourism industry. It is also included the topics on handling complaints from the guest and how to be prepared in F&B environment in terms of service.
